My grandfather started Hub Foundation. My father took it over and showed me the ropes. Now I have stepped up as president. I am so thankful to have had years of mentorship from my father. He never once thought I could not lead the company because I was a girl; his favorite shirt of mine was “You row like a girl. Good for you!”
