This project required 39 six- and four-foot diameter drilled shafts more than 100 feet deep, and a complex drilled in pace SOE system including underpinning an existing foundation, walers, and corner braces. A series of unknown underground conditions required our team to design and implement engineering solutions in a fluid environment. This congested downtown job site was continually busy with two to three drill rigs and support equipment.
