Working closely with Bond Brothers Civil Division, Hub installed eight six-foot diameter shafts under low headroom conditions to support substation electrical components and 34 36-inch diameter shafts to support a perimeter enclosure wall and associated gates. Contaminated soils and high voltage wires overhead required constant vigilance.
